Leadership & Standards

Built on aprecise standard.

Enaya was founded on a single observation: Cairo has one of the highest concentrations of European luxury vehicles in the Middle East, and virtually no professional mobile care infrastructure equal to the value of those vehicles. We built the standard that should have existed.

Why Enaya Exists

Vehicle care in Egypt has long been transactional — a wash, a wax, a hope. We operate differently. Every visit generates a document. Every product leaves a record. Every technician is certified to a standard you can read. The result is not just a clean car. It is a car whose condition is known, tracked, and protected session by session.

The Team

Leadership built on automotive expertise.

Founder

Ahmed El-Sayed

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Automotive engineering background with over a decade studying vehicle surface science, paint chemistry, and premium care methodologies across international markets. Ahmed founded Enaya after identifying the structural gap between the luxury vehicle ownership density in Cairo and the professional care infrastructure available to those owners. He personally designed Enaya's six-stage SOP framework and continues to lead technician certification assessment.

Standard Operating Procedures

Six protocols that define every session.

These are not guidelines. They are the minimum required sequence for every Enaya session, regardless of service tier, vehicle class, or location.

SOP-01

Pre-Session Vehicle Assessment

Every session begins with a documented exterior inspection: panel-by-panel photography, existing scratch mapping, clear coat thickness reference, and risk area classification. The vehicle's current state is recorded before any product or tool makes contact.

SOP-02

Two-Stage Decontamination Protocol

Chemical decontamination (iron fallout remover, pH-neutral pre-soak) precedes all physical contact washing. Grit guards and a two-bucket wash method are mandatory for every contact wash stage, regardless of vehicle condition or session type.

SOP-03

Paint Correction Parameter Logging

Machine polishing operations are logged by compound specification, pad type, machine speed setting, ambient temperature, panel surface temperature, and number of correction passes. All logged to the vehicle's permanent care record.

SOP-04

Post-Session Documentation

A structured session report is generated after every visit. It includes geolocated before-and-after photography, all products applied with batch references, technician sign-off, and a digital copy forwarded to the client within two hours of session completion.

SOP-05

QR Session Authentication

No session may commence without client-side QR scan confirmation. This creates a tamper-evident session record that ties the technician's device, the vehicle's registered VIN, and the client's confirmed location into a single verified event.

SOP-06

Technician Certification Tiers

Technicians progress through three internal certification levels: Surface Care Associate, Paint Correction Specialist, and Senior Detail Engineer. Progression requires assessed practical examinations, not time-in-role. Tier level is visible on each session report.

Experience the standard firsthand.

Begin with an introductory session. A certified Enaya technician comes to your location, documents your vehicle's current condition, and demonstrates the protocol before any subscription commitment.
